Rob Nicholls brings extensive experience in training and leadership to his role as a coach and consultant. He completed a Churchill Fellowship on training in 1983 and has conducted a range of training and development for over twenty years. He has thirty years experience in community services mostly with Wesley Mission Melbourne and UnitingCare Community Options as well as leadership roles with organisations such as Australian Council of Social Services (Vice President) and UnitingCare Australia (member, National Committee). Rob’s strengths include a drive to assist people to achieve their highest potential and to bring a range of tools and information to assist in that achievement. He uses a variety of tools and approaches to strengthen individuals and teams.
